Fred Canady
Founder
As the founder of Canady’s Heating • Air • Plumbing in 1986, Fred is committed to providing the “best in the world” customer service experience to every customer while also providing a wonderful place to work and grow for his team members. With Canady’s 30-year heritage, Fred is focused on providing leadership that drives a customer culture of serving families and businesses in and around the coastal empire.
Fred has dedicated his time to many different organizations; such as, serving as the past president of CAAG, former board member of Richmond Hill Area Chamber of Commerce, a Rotarian, and is an active member of Compassion Christian Church. Fred and his wife Kandi have 6 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding ATVs, restoring cars and coaching little league sports with his two youngest children.
Kyle Canady
Vice President and Production Manager
Kyle has over 10 years’ experience in the air conditioning and heating industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the business to include field technician, sales, service management, and most currently general management. Kyle has a strong commitment to operational excellence and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. He is a proven leader, developing processes and protocols to insure quality and integrity in all aspects of the business. With his highly dedicated work ethic and team management style, Kyle is looking forward to the continuous growth of Canady’s.
Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their son. He also enjoys motor sports and is an avid outdoorsman.
Kevin Crowe
Installation Manager
Kevin began his career with Canady’s in 2012 as an Installation Technician Apprentice. After years of hard-work and dedication Kevin was promoted to Installation Manager and holds NATE and EPA certifications. He loves motivating, teaching and being in the field with his team members by helping them complete any difficult tasks that may arise. He is highly motivated and dedicated to the growth and prosperity of Canady’s.
Kevin enjoys watching movies and spending time at the beach with his wife Rebecca and 4 wonderful children.
Charles Loncon
Service Manager
Charles began his career with Canady’s in 2016. He came to us from a career in the marine engine industry in the technical and management fields. He started with Canady’s as a service technician because of his natural empathic nature and strong inclination for all things mechanical. Charles has proven to be an excellent leader for our service team. His positive and upbeat personality lead to his promotion as service manager. Charles has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to caring for our customers and technicians. Charles continues to enjoy boating and engine building, but values his time with his wife Jennifer and young son above all. Charles grew up in the Savannah and Richmond Hill areas and graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School as well as Armstrong Atlantic State University.
Michelle Canady
Installation Coordinator
Michelle has a Bachelors degree in early childhood education; however, in 2011 she joined Canady’s as the Install Coordinator. She oversees the installation process of all new air conditioning and heating systems. From the first client phone call until the system installation is complete, she is involved in making sure every aspect of the process flows smoothly.
Michelle enjoys hunting with husband Kyle and spending lots of time outdoors with their sons.
