When you call Canady’s, one of our friendly “Customer Service Representatives”, CSR’s, will answer your call. Our CSR’s will get right to work addressing your concerns and creating a client file with your important information, along with the problem you are calling about today.
Our CSR will set your appointment and ask that you go about your day as usual. Make it our responsibility to meet you when it’s convenient for you! We call this “Right on Time Scheduling”!
Our Service Technician will call you when he is on the way to your home to coordinate his arrival time with your schedule. Upon arrival, he will introduce himself, confirm the information in your client file and the reason for the call today. All team members at Canady’s are required to protect your floors and furnishings by wearing disposable shoe covers, applying floor covers and wearing surgical type gloves.
After he has answered any questions and addressed your concerns he will get busy exploring your system. Our Technicians are trained to not only diagnosis your immediate problem, but address all the concerns that you expressed. We call this “Total System Diagnostic”
After he has completed his Total System Diagnostic, he will present you with a “Summary of Findings”. This summary will include the repair of your immediate problem any deficiencies he discovered and improvements that he recommends. It’s important to remember that all the components in your system age at the same rate. Usually, one failure is followed by another a few months later. No one wants to be inconvenienced with a minor issue in the future that you could have avoided today! Our Summary of Findings will include pricing and discounts.
Our “National Pricing Guide” insures you will never overpay for a repair. You always approve any work before we make a repair! After you have authorized the work, our Technician will work diligently making the repairs. After he completes the repair he will ask you to inspect his work and explain to you the task that were taken. Our Team members always vacuum and clean the work area to ensure your home is left clean and comfortable!
Before leaving your home, our Technician will ask you to complete a Satisfaction Survey to let us know about your experience with Canady’s. We want to make sure that you are not just satisfied with the service we have provided; our goal is for your customer experience to be the absolute best service experience you have ever had with any company in any industry!
