As the founder of Canady’s Heating, Air & Plumbing in 1986, Fred is committed to providing a “best in the world” customer service experience to every customer while providing a wonderful place to work and grow for his team.
With Canady’s over-35-year heritage, Fred is focused on providing leadership that drives a customer culture of serving families and businesses in and around the coastal empire.
Fred has dedicated his time to many different organizations, including serving as the past president of CAAG, a former board member of Richmond Hill Area Chamber of Commerce, a Rotarian, and an active member of Compassion Christian Church.
Fred and his wife, Kandi, have six children. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding ATVs, restoring cars, and coaching little league sports with his two youngest children.
