- Perform a level 1 outdoor coil cleaning
- Inspect supply and return ductwork for air leaks
- Test thermostat operation and calibration
- Measure the cooling effect by temperature drop method
- Inspect and test the compressor and all refrigerant piping
- Test electric motor operation
- Inspect and test the voltage delivery system
- Test the compressor operation
Safety System
- Inspect and tighten electrical wiring connections
- Inspect and test gas piping connections
- Test furnace ignition system
- Inspect and test furnace combustion and ventilation systems
- Perform a level 1 cleaning of the condensate removal system
- Inspect and test water overflow protection systems
Performance System
- Test and measure all start and run capacitors
- Inspect heat removal systems for cracked blades and proper balance
- Clean the outdoor unit of leaves and debris
- Install new software updates from the manufacturer
- Replace the air filter (not supplied under this agreement)
- Level 1 cleaning of the evaporator coil, if easily accessible
